Not only was the food amazing, the customer service was just as amazing. Forgot to grab her name but the cashier was super nice, helpful and patient. Loved that she was patient and gave recommendations on what I should put in my wrap! The chicken shawarma wrap was really big and filling
One of the best places in Toronto Food was DELICIOUS! Good quality meat, properly cooked, they gave salad with dressing, fries with a ketchup packet!, rice, pita bread. Definitely worth the price! Service was impeccable. We were sure to leave a tip. Such a nice, hard working, kindly spoken lady. Atmosphere was very nice too. Clean tables & chairs & some artwork on the walls. Can’t wait to come again with my family

They kindly minimized the salt in her chicken without hesitation. I always order the chicken shawarma wrap—it’s flavorful, filling, and never disappoints! Great food and even better service.

Ottoman has one of the best Chicken Shawarma's in Toronto. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes. From the quality of the ingredients, the chicken being taken right off the spit, and the awesome customer service from all, I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
All positives with this place, really. Food is so delicious, portions are generous and presentation on point. The customer service from Fatima is over the top, really makes you feel at home. Washrooms are also very clean!! Speaks to a well-run business. On top of it all the prices are very reasonable. Cannot recommend this place enough :)) thank you for the amazing experience.
We went to Ottoman Turkish Grill for lunch and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Everything felt fresh and authentic. We started with the hummus and pita—so good! For our mains, the grilled meats were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. Portion sizes were generous, and everything was beautifully presented. It was our first time here, but definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying lunch in town!
